Peckham Coatings was selected to provide a comprehensive coating solution for the bottling room of a large winery in California. The project included the installation of high-performance flooring, protective wall coatings, and safety striping—designed to meet the rigorous demands of a production environment while maintaining cleanability, durability, and visual organization.
Our team installed 28,000 square feet of ¼-inch urethane cement flooring with an epoxy topcoat for chemical resistance and long-term performance. Surface preparation involved full mechanical diamond grinding, along with crack chasing and repair to ensure a strong, even substrate. In addition to the flooring, we applied 6,000 square feet of epoxy and urethane wall coatings to protect against moisture, washdowns, and abrasion. A total of 55,000 linear feet of safety line striping was also installed to improve traffic flow and workplace safety.
Seven years after installation, we’ve revisited the facility and seen the results firsthand—the floors remain in excellent condition with no failures or visible wear. They continue to perform as intended, offering lasting durability and a clean, professional appearance in a demanding production setting.
