Peckham Coatings was selected to restore and protect the metal roofing across ten educational campuses in California, covering more than 320,000 square feet. The project was executed in two phases—beginning with four campuses, followed by six additional campuses during the summer.
The existing roofs were in poor condition and required extensive surface preparation, patching, and repairs prior to coating. Our team delivered high-performance solutions engineered for long-term durability, weather resistance, and a clean, uniform finish across all buildings.
Both phases were completed on time and within budget. The second phase, scheduled during summer break, came with a firm deadline tied to the start of the academic year. We delivered the project a full week ahead of schedule, ensuring a smooth transition back to campus operations.
