Packing Facility Flooring & Protective Coatings Maintenance
Location: California
Scope: Multiple Areas Across Facility – Annual Maintenance Program
System: Urethane Cement with Quartz Aggregate, Novolac Epoxy Topcoat, Coving & Repair Mortar
As part of a recurring maintenance program, Peckham Coatings completed flooring and protective coating work across several areas of a packing facility. The project included urethane cement systems at both 1/8" and 1/4" thicknesses with quartz aggregate, followed by a high-performance Novolac epoxy topcoat designed for maximum chemical resistance.
Surface preparation was performed using dust-controlled diamond grinding and selective demolition tools to ensure proper substrate conditions. The scope also involved coving and the use of high-strength repair mortar to restore damaged concrete before system installation.
Due to the variety of locations and coating systems involved, the work required a high level of coordination and attention to detail. Each space had its own needs, and our team was able to deliver consistent, high-quality results throughout.
Peckham has a long-standing relationship with this client and works closely with multiple facility managers throughout the year. All parties were pleased with the workmanship and professionalism shown on site, and we continue to serve as a trusted partner for their seasonal maintenance needs.
