System: Stratashield Seamless Wall Coating | Industrial Steel Coating | Urethane Sealants
Peckham Coatings was selected to provide protective wall and structural steel coatings in a newly constructed dryer facility in Washington. The project involved work on the upper six levels of an eight-story dryer room, requiring precise coordination and rigorous safety protocols to operate effectively at extreme heights.
We installed the Stratashield wall coating system, designed for durability, cleanability, and chemical resistance in high-humidity, high-heat environments. The system included a seamless transition to wall tiles, providing a clean and continuous finish throughout the upper processing areas. In addition, we applied expansion joint sealant and completed protective coatings on structural steel elements within the same space.
This was a fast-paced, multi-trade environment, and our team worked closely with other contractors to maintain efficient workflow and meet construction timelines. All work was completed safely, with attention to detail and compliance with site-specific protocols.
The end result is a high-performance, hygienic, and visually seamless surface system that supports the long-term durability and functionality of the facility’s operations.
